The Grind, Right Now

Right now, I’m deep in the grind — and honestly, I’m loving it.

Most days are spent building websites from the ground up. Clean foundations. Clear messaging. Systems that actually work. I’m in that zone where ideas turn into structure, structure turns into platforms, and platforms turn into real businesses. Through Fenway Web, I’m putting energy into helping companies not just exist online, but launch with intention and scale with confidence.

I’ve also been back to basics in the best way possible — getting business cards printed, walking into places around town, shaking hands, having real conversations. No pitch decks. No buzzwords. Just showing up, explaining what I do, and letting the work speak for itself. There’s something powerful about local hustle. You feel the momentum immediately.

Building From Zero Is Still My Favorite Part

What excites me most is building websites from scratch. Blank canvas. No shortcuts.

I like helping businesses:

  • Find their identity
  • Shape their message
  • Build systems that grow with them

Watching a company go from “we need a site” to “this is our digital backbone” never gets old. Every project feels like a partnership, not a transaction.

Where I’m Headed Next: AI Consulting

Alongside web development, I’m leaning hard into becoming an AI consultant — especially for:

  • Resorts & hospitality groups
  • Financial institutions
  • E-commerce platforms

AI isn’t about replacing people. It’s about reducing friction, improving decision-making, and building smarter workflows. I want to help organizations use AI responsibly, strategically, and profitably — without losing the human element that makes a brand matter.

This is the next layer of what I build.

Balance Matters Too

Outside of work, I’m keeping my energy up by taking care of myself.

I’ve been lifting weights again — pushing strength, discipline, and consistency. There’s clarity that comes from the gym that carries straight into business decisions.

And when I can unplug, I go fishing. No screens. No noise. Just water, patience, and perspective. It reminds me that not everything needs to move fast to be meaningful.

Momentum Feels Real

This season feels different.

There’s focus.
There’s excitement.
There’s alignment.

I’m building, meeting people, learning fast, staying active, and stacking momentum day by day. This is the kind of grind that doesn’t burn you out — it fuels you.

And I’m just getting started.
